IC Professionals Serve! Volunteers Needed for Habitat for Humanity - NYC On June 30th, IC Professionals are teaming up with Habitat for Humanity - NYC to help beautify, enhance and strengthen low income neighborhoods as part of their Brush with Kindness neighborhood revitalization program. Working with crews of volunteers, this program provides minor renovations and repairs to community centers, schools and other facilities serving homeowner families and their neighborhoods. This Saturday, Iwe need volunteers to prime, paint and perform touch-up work at a community center in Washington Heights. Clean-up is also a part of the day. WHAT: IC Professionals Serve with Habitat for Humanity-NYC WHEN: Saturday, June 30th at 9:15am- 4:30pm (Please do not arrive earlier than 9:15am. You will not be able to enter the site until then.) WHERE: Riverstone Senior Life Services 99 Fort Washington Ave New York, NY 10032 DIRECTIONS: Subway: Take the A,C, 1 to 168th Street in Manhattan. Exit and walk south on Broadway. Take a right onto W. 164th street. Walk to the end of the block till you hit Fort Washington Ave. End at 99 Fort Washington Ave. REGISTRATION: Space is limited. RSVP at adeel.rahman@gmail.com. You must submit a waiver form on the day you volunteer. Please wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty and close toed sneakers are required. Do not bring any valuables.
